To provide a hair dying cape which can prevent ears and the neck from soiling by a hair dye in hair dying without harming workability.

A necking part 2 equipped on a sheet material 1 is put on along the nape, ear cover parts 3 are hung on ears, cheek cover parts 4 are put on along cheeks, and then a first fastening strap 5 is fastened and tied under the chin. Thus a hair dye can be applied to a client in a condition covering ears and the neck by the sheet 1, exposing the face, and putting out arms through arm holes 7 on both sides of a backing part 6. This cape can be used to cover the head as a cap by rolling up the sheet material 1 and fastening and tying a second fastening strap above the head.
