Abstract:
To set hair by air pressure reduction without applying reduction and oxidation of chemical reaction by heating and chemicals when the hair is set.
Hair of a part to be set is sealed, and pressure of air in a seal is reduced. After pressure reduction, when the air is restored to a former condition, the hair can be set. Therefore, since the hair is set by air pressure reduction, a burden applied to the hair is reduced, and damage can be prevented. When the pressure-reduced air is restored to a former condition, a treatment agent or the like to the hair can be simultaneously adsorbed.
