To prevent a tonic from easily splashing by erecting comb teeth on a base part along the lengthwise direction thereof, and providing a deenergizing means on the roots of the comb teeth at such a position as faced to a tonic delivery port, so as to offset the energy of the delivered tonic.
A brush part 2 is formed out of a comb tooth joint body 4, and an approximately U-shaped base part 5, and the comb tooth joint body 4 has a plurality of comb teeth 7 erected on a base plate 6 of uniform breadth along the lengthwise direction thereof. In addition, a plurality of coupling projection 8 are formed on the roots of the comb teeth 7, and a tonic guide groove 9 is formed on a part of each of the projection 8. In this case, only a part between the coupling projections 8 is formed as tonic delivery port, so as to be communicated from the tonic guide groove 9 to the space of the base plate 6, and a deenergizing means formed out of internal surfaces 5a and 5b and barriers 10a and 10n is provided at such a position as faced to the tonic delivery port, thereby offsetting the energy of the delivered tonic. According to this construction, the splash of the tonic hardly takes place.
