To provide a hair setting tool which is handy, functional, suitable for setting one's hair and innovative, quite different from the conventional combs or brushes.

In an extended part made of polypropylene of at least two hinged grooves parallel with each other, a comb pair standing in a direction at right angles to the extended part is integrated with the hinged grooves in a state that the teeth of one comb are engaged with those of the other comb. The space between each tooth is at least equivalent to the width of a tooth and not more than the twice of it, and the space between these two hinged grooves is more than 1.1 time as large as the comb thickness, and less than 5 times. The total width of these two grooves is two times wider than their total depth. The whole body is formed like a thin plate, and the tip teeth part is placed between each tooth, with the space two times large them the width of the tooth. The cross section of these two hinged grooves looks like a W shape, and when they are folded inwardly, the combs contact each other to cover double-layered over the gaps between each tooth. Other materials may be blended with the polypropylene material.
