This warming tool 1 designed to warm one's hair and head skin, is provided with a warming part 2 where warming sheets 4 are made of a plurality of warming elements 41, flatly and consecutively arranged over a cap 3. The warming sheets 4 are arranged so that a plurality of the warming elements 41 can be located on both of the front side and the back side of this warming instrument with the division at a top 11. In each warming element, a built-in heating element is put between two covering sheets 42 and 43, in a prescribed shape.
