PURPOSE: To improve combining workability by fixing a cylinder lock in the lock fitting hole of a component part bearing substrate, and by fixing a handle main-body provided with a grip, on the substrate, to contain the projection section of the lock to the upper section of the substrate, in the lock containing section of the main body.

CONSTITUTION: After a cylinder lock 5 is inserted into the lock fitting hole 4 of a component part bearing substrate 3, a bearing piece 11 is inserted into an inserting space 12 and a lock fixing member 14 is fitted and the lock 5 is fixed on the substrate 3. After that, the upper section projection-section of the lock 5 is contrived to be contained in a lock containing section 9, and a grip is built in, and the substrate 3 is covered with a handle main-body 8, and the main body 8 is fixed on the substrate 3 with a tightening screw 38. After that, a lock rod 17 fitted at the lower end of the lock 5 is contrived to be inserted into a guide hole 18, and the lower section projection-section of the lock 5 is covered with a cover member 15, and the cover member 15 is fixed on the substrate 3 with a screw 53.
