Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging clamp using a clamp body by proposing the clamp body which is simply producible without a specific facility or technology, and has a bolt-fastened structure having sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A clamp body 16 is formed by forming projections 47 and 47 on both sides of a spacer 15, forming a fitting recess 31a allowing the projection to be tightly fitted into on each inner surface of a pair of side plates 11a and 11b, and bolt-fastening the spacer into between the pair of side plates in a state of fitting the projection of the spacer into the fitting recess on the side plate inner surface. The clamp body and a hanging clamp can be simply produced without the need of a specific facility or technology required for welding, and can be produced from a forging material with a good yielding percentage owing to the tripled structure of side plate/spacer/side plate, and exhibit sufficient strength owing to the adoption of a fitting structure of tightly fitting the projection into the fitting recess together with bolt-fastening.
