Title:
HANGING CORD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1111852
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging cord which does not require significant labor in the load lifting and unloading operations for any objects and which has no risk of load slipping off in transit even if the hanging cord is previously fitted. SOLUTION: A hanging cord 1 has a flexible cord body 2 installed in such a way as wound round a member 5, and at the ends of this cord body 2, rings 3 are mounted which admit hitching of a hook 6 of a suspension wire, wherein a joining means 4 is attached to the cord body 2 to set together the two ends of the cord body 2 near the rings 3 and join separably. At the time of load lifting, the rings are set together and the cord bodies 2 near the rings 3 are joined together by the joining means, and there is no need to set together the rings for the second run and thereafter of the load putdown operation, which should liberate the operator from labor. If the cord bodies 2 near the rings 3 are set together and joined by the joining means, the load has no risk of slipping off in transit.
