PURPOSE: To provide sufficient corrosion resistance while securing the formability of conventional tin plate by applying tinning by specific coating weights, respectively, to the surfaces corresponding to the internal and external surfaces of a DI can and further applying hot-dip aluminizing to the upper layer of the surface corresponding to the above-mentioned internal surface.
CONSTITUTION: Tinning of 0.5W12g/m2 coating weight is applied to the surface corresponding to the external surface of a DI can, and also tinning of 0.005W12g/m2 coating weight is applied to the surface corresponding to the internal surface of the DI can. Further, hot-dip aluminizing of 0.2W50g/m2 coating weight is applied to the upper layer of the surface corresponding to the above-mentioned internal surface. By this method, formability similar to that of conventional tin plate can be obtained, and moreover, as to the corrosion resistance of the internal surface, sufficient corrosion resistance can be provided by a single coating.
