A back rest 11 of the seat 1 consists of the main body 2 and the cover 3 covering the front surface of the main body 2. The hanging member 4 is fixed to the cover 3. The hanging member 4 has a first detaining section 41 connected to a wire 21 disposed at the main body 2 and a second detaining section 42 to be detained to a lower frame 22 disposed at the main body 2. The hanging member 4 has a hanging part 43 disposed between the first detaining section 41 and the second detaining section 42. The hanging part 43 is integrally fixed across a fixing belt part 44 to the rear surface of the cover 3.
