PURPOSE: To prevent the electric charge of a fixed guide, to reduce the number of parts and to make the setting area small by inserting the inserting and fixing part of a head between the head holding hook of a head base and an inserting attached base, by fixing a screw fixing part with a screw and by grounding the tape guide of the head.

CONSTITUTION: The screw fixing part 1a of the opposite side to the tape guide 2 of an erasing head 1 is fixed to the attached base for a screw 5a of one side of a head base 5 with a screw 6 and an inserting and fixing part 1b of the side of the guide 2 is held by a head holding hook 5d using the elesticity of the head base 5. That is, a rib 5c projecting a little higher than an attached base 5b is provided between the attach base 5b of the other side of the head base 5 and the hook 5d and the height of the rib 5c equals almost to that of the attached base 5a. The fixing part 1b is pushed up in a direction in which the fixing part 1b is press-fixed to the hook 5d by inserting the fixing part 1b of the head 1 under the hook 5d and by fixing the fixing part 1a to the attached base 5a with the screw 6. At this time, the guide 2 of the head 1 is grounded through the head base 5 because the guide 2 fixed to the head 1 is press-attached to the hook 5d on the under side of the hook 5d.
