Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head drive device which can surely position an end part of a guide shaft, in an adjustment mechanism for performing inclination adjustment of the guide shaft for guiding a head.SOLUTION: A second end part 5b of a guide shaft 5 for guiding an optical head is raised by an adjustment energization member 34a, which is an arm part of a torsion spring 34, and pressed downward by a head part 35b of an adjustment pressing member 35, which is a screw member, and a height position from a rear surface 2b of a chassis 2 is adjusted. The guide shaft 5 comes into contact with an adjustment support surface 36a by receiving a shaft pressing force F1 in an axial direction. A shaft circumferential surface of the second end part 5b is abutted against an adjustment guiding part 32a by a reaction force F5 from the adjustment support surface 36a, and the guide shaft 5 is restrained so as not to move in the axial direction and in a direction parallel with the rear surface 2b of the chassis 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
