PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system capable of automatically performing the health management of a user of a facility.SOLUTION: A health management system 1 includes: a weight measurement device 11; a monitoring camera 12; a storage part 21; a determination part 22; and a weight recording part 23. The weight measurement device is installed on the floor of the facility 10 used by a specific user who needs health management, and configured to acquire measurement data. The monitoring camera is installed in the facility, and configured to acquire a floor image as an image of a periphery of the floor on which the weight measurement device is installed. The storage part is configured to store the face data and weight data of the specific user. The determination part is configured to determine whether or not the specific user matching the face data stored in the storage part is included in the floor image acquired by the monitoring camera. The weight recording part is configured to calculate the weight of the specific user from the measurement data acquired by the weight measurement device on the basis of the determination of the determination part, and to record the weight data of the specific user in the storage part.
