Abstract:
PURPOSE: To promote the recycle of an aluminum allay for impact molding and reduce the production cost of an impact aluminum can.
CONSTITUTION: Aluminum stock for impact molding is mixed with spent aluminum alloy for shear spinning and/or spent aluminum alloy for can top stock, and this mixture is melted and regenerated to produce an aluminum alloy for impact molding. By using this aluminum alloy, the improvement of the thinning, lightening and strength of a can barrel and a can bottom can be embodied.
