PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health care system, a server device, a terminal device, a health care method, and a health care program capable of determining a user's physical conditions with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is a health care system 1 which comprises a user terminal 10, a server device 20, a database 30, and a terminal possessed by the user's relevant person 40. The user terminal 10 includes a health state information input unit 11 for receiving an input of the user's health state information. The server device 20 includes: a keyword extraction unit 22 for extracting keywords relevant to health states from the health state information received by the health state information input unit 11; a keyword presentation unit 23 for presenting to the user information containing the keywords extracted by the keyword extraction unit 22; and a physical condition determination unit 24 for determining the user's physical conditions on the basis of the keywords extracted by the keyword extraction unit 22. The health state information input unit 11 can receive another input of the user's health state information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
