Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent contamination inside a main body, and reduce temperature by taking a roaster out of the main body for roasting fish, and improve assembling/decomposing workability by forming each part as a unit.
CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with an upper heating part 3 comprising plural heating means to heat subject food on an upper surface of a main body 2, a container 8 forming an upper surface, side surfaces, and a bottom surface inside the main body 2 to detachably contain a roaster 4 for roasting fish, and a control device part 5 to perform energization to the heating means of the upper heating part 3 and control of heat quantity, each part forms a separate unit, and the upper heating part 3 and the control device part 5 are formed to be electrically connected to/disconnected from each other. Installation members are arranged inside the main body 2, the units of the upper heating part 2. container 8, and control device part 5 are fixed on the installation members respecitvely, the roaster 4 is placed on the container 8, and a base 10 capable of sliding it forward and back is fitted.
