Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it unnecessary to change the whole body of a heat radiating body and make it sufficient to change only a protective layer of a step sides which is damaged and worn easily by making the protective layer in the step side of the heat radiating body composed of two layers and forming a specified intermediate layer between the two layers.
CONSTITUTION: Regarding a heat radiating body 11, a first protective layer 6 and a second protective layer 7 are formed for protecting and water-proofing purposes on a panel-like heat radiating element 12. An intermediate layer 8 to make peeling of the upper layer easy is formed between those protective layers. The intermediate layer 8 formed between the protective layers 6 and 7 makes the peeling of the protective layers 6, 7 and on the other hand the layer 8 has a function to prevent the layers from shifting relatively in transverse directions. The intermediate layer 8 is formed by spreading preferably inorganic pulverized matters (granular matters) with 10-3000μm average particle size on the surface of the protective layer 6. The protective layer 7 is formed by overlaying the layer 7 on the intermediate layer 8 and sticking both layers together by heating.
