To produce heat ray intercepting glass which can transmit visible ray well and can reflect infrared ray without using a sacrifice layer and further to produce heat ray intercepting laminated glass which is constituted by using the heat ray intercepting glass, has achromatic transmission color tone and achromatic reflection color tone and is excellent in durability.
The laminated glass is constituted by sticking the heat ray intercepting glass in which a heat ray intercepting film composed of a first metal oxide film 3/a first Ag film 4/a second metal oxide film 5/a second Ag film 6/a third metal oxide film 7 is formed on one main surface of a glass plate to another clear glass substrate 9 via a PVB intermediate film 8 being a thermoplastic resin. The above respective metal oxide films consist of indium oxide containing tin oxide, and both of a diffraction peak of the film consisting of indium oxide containing tin oxide and a diffraction peak of the Ag film are present in an X-ray diffraction diagram of the heat ray intercepting film.
