Abstract:
To provide a coating applied to a heat transfer surface in a high-temperature part and excellent in heat resistance and anticorrosive property and to provide a coating film.
The heat-resistant and anticorrosive coating is obtained by mixing a binder composed of an alkyl silicate or organosilica sol with ceramic containing quartz (SiC), zirconium silicate (Zr2SiO4), silicon carbide (SiC) and barium metaborate (BaB2O4) and composite metal powder composed of an alloy, etc., of carbon (C), chromium (Cr), vanadium (V), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo), silicon (Si), boron (B), aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P) and iron (Fe) contained in a ratio of 5-50 wt.% based on composition ratio of coating.
