Title:
HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYOLEFIN LAMINATED FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005014428
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heat-shrinkable PO (polyolefin) laminated film good in balance of quality as a film for a shrinkable label.

In the laminated film, a layer of a resin composition containing a PO resin as a main component is made an intermediate layer, and surface and back layers of a resin composition which contains a cyclic PO resin as a main component and has a glass transition temperature of 50-80°C are laminated on both sides of the intermediate layer. The heat-shrinkable PO laminated film satisfies the following (1) to (4). (1) The thickness ratio of the layers of the laminated film is shown by the formula: surface layer/intermediate layer/back layer=1/6/1-1/2/1. (2) The specific gravity of the laminated film to which printing treatment is applied is below 1. (3) The ratio between the storage modulus of elasticity (E11) at 20°C and the storage modulus of elasticity (E12) at 80°C of the laminated film when measured in the conditions of a frequency of 10Hz and a strain of 0.1% is expressed by the formula: E11/E2=10-100, the peak of loss tangent of the laminated film exists at 60-80°C. (4) The storage modulus of elasticity (E2) at 80°C of the laminated film when measured in the condition of a frequency of 10 Hz and a strain of 0.1% is 5-50 MPa.
