Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable local heating to a desired location by changing the angle of a heating surface of a panel heater arranged on a wall surface facing a foot base part of a person sitting on a seat part gradually from the upper horizontal position to the inclined position and further more, to the vertical position facing the side of the sitting person.
SOLUTION: A link pin 26 on the side of a panel heater 8 is fitted to be supported into a first support groove 15a to install the panel heater 8 horizontally on a floor surface 5. When turning the heating of the panel heater 8 slightly upward in the direction of the side of a user, the user sitting on a chair 4 sticks a toe of his shoes into a hook part 29 to lift the hook part 29 so that the link pin 26 is removed upward from the first support groove 15a to be put into a guide groove 14. The hook part 29 is further lifted until the link pin 26 reaches an inlet part of a second support groove 15b and at this point, the hook part 29 is brought down to let the link pin 26 be inserted into the second groove 15b thereby holding the panel heater 8 at an inclined position.
