Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difference measure of differences between a table and a wheelchair and a chair for dining room, and difference of physique, by exchangeably equipping one top plate in a shape which a wheel chair can approach and the other top plate for usual use and making the supporting height of top plate adjustable.
SOLUTION: This height adjustable table 1 is equipped with a pair of legs 2 and top plate receivers 3a-3e for supporting the top plate in different height on lateral and longitudinal frame to connect those legs 2. Top plate receivers 3a-3e have plural grooves 4 formed at 20-30mm intervals so as to receive three faces of the top plate and to support it in different height. A top plate 5 for a wheelchair and a usual top plate 6 are provided as the top plate. On the top plate for a wheelchair, gougings 9 are formed on both sides of the front side so as not to mutually interfere an arm rest 8 of a wheelchair and the top plate 5 for a wheelchair when a wheelchair 7 approached the top plate 5 for a wheelchair.
