Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating apparatus with a steam generation function constantly sanitarily maintained by facilitating the cleaning of the steam generation part, appropriately performing steam heating by precisely measuring the temperature of an evaporation plate, and improving the heating efficiency.
SOLUTION: This high-frequency heating apparatus with the steam generation function feeds, at least, either of the high frequency or the steam to a heating chamber 11 storing a heating object and heats the heating objects. This apparatus is provided with a high-frequency generating part 13, the steam generation part 15 generating the steam in the heating chamber 11, and a temperature detecting part 20 detecting the temperature of the steam generation part. The steam generation part 15 generates the steam by heating the evaporation plate 35 having a water sump recess and a projecting surface 36.
