To simplify constitution and to prevent leakage of a high frequency at a low cost with safety by a method wherein at least one winding of the coil part of an electric wire constituting a coil part is extended through a conductive cylindrical body.
A cylindrical body 6 having height (depth) T is formed such that a heating chamber metallic wall 2 part through which an electric heater wire 4 is extended is throttled by burring processing. A through-hole 7 is opened in a manner to run through the inside and the outside of a heating chamber 1 by forming the cylindrical body 6. The two ends of a heater support pipe 5 are inserted in the through-hole 7 and supported. The electric heater wire 4 is formed in a coil-form manner at a whole section between the right and left metallic walls 2 of a heating chamber 1. In a part wherein the conductive cylindrical body 6 is positioned, a coil part 8 is formed in a way to be certainly coil-wound. At least one winding of the coil is certainly contained in the cylindrical body 6. This constitution provides an excellent radio leakage prevention effect in spite of simple structure.
