Abstract:
To provide a high frequency switching circuit having good characteristics of high-order harmonics which has little variation.
The high frequency switching circuit 10a includes a high frequency switch having one end connected to an input terminal receiving a high frequency signal and the other end connected to an output terminal of the high frequency signal, wherein the high frequency switch is turned on or off by a control signal. In this switching circuit, one end of a capacitor 18 having a predetermined capacitance is connected to the output terminal and the other end is connected to a ground via a bonding wire 19.
