Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-rise shelf facilities with fire extinguishing means for facilitating the transportation of interrupting members to a construction site and the assembly at the construction site.
SOLUTION: A nonflammable sheet 30 is arranged under a bracket device 15 located at a preset position for interrupting the upper part of a storage space 2 in horizontal. The sheet 30 can be transported to a construction site in small coiled or folded package and it is light in weight and easy to develop, facilitating assembly at a construction site. If a fire occurs, flames and smokes hit upwardly on the lower face of the sheet 30 but the nonflammable sheet 30 which is resistant to the flames and smokes can interrupt the upper part of the storage space 2 in horizontal without damage and prevents the upward flow of the flames and smokes to the upper storage space 2.
