Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a coated metal plate excellent in corrosion resistance, weatherability and processability by combining a middle layer film composed of a vinylidene fluoride resin modified with an acrylic resin excellent in flexibility and moisture permeability with an upper layer film composed of an aggregate-containing vinylidene fluoride resin excellent in weatherability.
CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin layer with a dry film thickness of 1-8μm containing 5-35 pts. of anticorrosion pigment per 100 pts. of a resin is formed on the surface of a metal plate as the lowermost layer. The surface of the metal plate is preliminarily subjected to chemical forming treatment before the epoxy resin layer is formed. Next, an acrylic resin mixed vinylidene fluoride resin layer with a dry film thickness of 5-30μm containing 40-70wt.% of an acrylic resin is formed on the lower layer film as an intermediate film. Further, a colored aggregate-containing acrylic resin mixed vinylidene chloride resin layer being an acrylic resin mixed vinylidene fluoride resin layer containing 20-50wt.% of an acrylic resin and also containing 6-40 pts. of aggregate with a particle size of 5-30μm per 100 pts. of the total resin is provided as an upper layer film.
