Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem as the cutting oil injection to a cutting point is difficult by injecting a cutting oil from the inside of a cutting blade groove bottom of a hob in the hobbing processing of a gear of a large torsion angle and the hobbing processing of high-speed rotation thereof.SOLUTION: A circulation hole of a cutting oil is provided in the inside of a hob spindle and in the inside of a hob arbor as a machine structure of a hobbing machine, a hob with a cutting oil discharge port is used in a cutting blade groove bottom, hobbing processing is performed while the cutting oil is discharged from the inside of a hob cutting blade groove, and thereby the cutting oil is effectively injected to a cutting point.SELECTED DRAWING: None
