To provide a holder capable of mounting displayed objects such as a desk-top calendar, various kinds of photo panels and displayed objects of merchandise campaign display or the like and small articles normally placed on a desk or in a drawer such as a pen, memo pads, a business card, a key and a key holder, on the monitors of various thicknesses.

The holder freely attachable and detachable to/from the monitor can be attached to and detached from the monitor by clamping the thickness direction of the monitor, and composed of a base part, a clamping member and a small article holding member. The base member and the clamping member are locked at one or more positions, and the base member and the small article holding member are detachably locked. The base part includes an abutting surface or an abutting rib for receiving a monitor front surface, an engaging part for the clamping member and an engaging part for the small article holding member. The clamping member includes a projection for resiliently pressing a monitor back surface part and an engaging part for the base part. The holder, in which the base member, the clamping member and the small article holding member are locked, clamps the thickness direction of the monitor by the abutting surface or the abutting rib and the projection and clamps the monitor with resilient force near the projection further.
