Abstract:
To provide a holding device, a transfer system, a holding method, a controller and a computer program in which a plurality of work-pieces are transferred in accordance with a pitch at a transfer destination.SOLUTION: A holding device for a robot comprises: a first holding part which can hold a first work-piece; a second holding part which can hold a second work-piece at a position separated from the first work-piece by a first pitch; and a first pitch variable mechanism which can change the pitch between the first work-piece and the second work-piece from the first pitch to the second pitch. A transfer system includes: the holding device; a multiple joint robot arm to which the holding device is attached; and controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
