Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the hole drilling work of a steel material at a narrow work site correctly, speedily, and easily by inserting a main body of a hole drilling device which holds a drill rotatably, is compact, and moves easily into a space between steel materials and fixing it stably on the steel material by a mounting and dismounting device.
SOLUTION: A case 2 and a frame 4 are inserted into a space between steel materials 2, and a lever 37 of a mounting and dismounting device 33 is operated to press and fix a roller 40 on an inner wall face of the steel material C2. A drill 1 faces forward at a hole drilling position of the steel material P2, a switch of a motor 12 is turned on to rotate the drill 1, and the case 2 advances gradually by the operation of a ratchet lever 7 to drill a hole in the steel materials P2, C1. A main body 34 of the mounting and dismounting device attached on the frame 4 is inserted and fixed in the steel material C2 to press and fix the roller 40 so that upper and lower positions of the drill 1 can be set accurately.
