Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram label which may be produced by using a melt extrusion molding machine, has good appearance and is easily washable and peelable from a recovering container and a process capable of rapidly producing the same with high efficiency.
SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin extruded from the T-die of the melt extrusion molding machine is laminated on one surface of a base material sheet and is pressed and cooled by a cooling roll mounted with a relief type hologram stamper on its surface, by which a laminated resin sheet 40 formed with the relief type hologram on the surface of this resin is obtd. The hologram forming surface of this laminated resin sheet 40 is provided with a metallic reflection layer 12 and, further, this sheet is laminated on a paper base material 17 via a alkaline-soluble electron beam curing adhesive resin layer 13, by which a hologram forming sheet 50 is produced. The hologram label is obtd. by peeling the laminated resin sheet 40 from this hologram forming sheet 50.
