Abstract:
To provide a horizontal type bag-making filling packing machine capable of early restoring to a normal operation after stopping by automatically discharging a product from the packing machine even when the packing machine is stopped by an alarm after an end seal device bites the product and the product which can be a defective remains in the packing machine.SOLUTION: When an end seal device 3 bites a product P, operations of each device of a packing machine are stopped by an alarm, and, in accordance when a start switch 40 is turned ON in this state, cycle operation of each device other than the end seal device 3 is performed while controlling the end seal device 3 in an operation stop state. The number of times of the cycle operation is the number of times corresponding to the number of discharged bags set as the number of bags to be bag packages of defectives when the products P already sent into an approximately cylindrical packaging material and in a cylindrical packaging material Ft are packaged. The products P of the number of the discharged bags remaining in the packing machine when the alarm is stopped are automatically discharged through the end seal device 3 in a non-operation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
