A compressed air supply header 400 is arranged at a top end of the door 110 of the housing 100, blow pipes 410 provided with air nozzles 420 which correspond to a plurality of filters 200 respectively are connected to the compressed air supply header 400, and are arranged inside of the door 110 of the housing.
