Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt type (solid) ink-jet recording paper which has good adhesion to solid ink, translucency required for an electric decoration signboard, and paper feeding/delivery properties.
SOLUTION: A hot melt type ink-jet recording paper which receives molten hot melt type ink which is solid at room temperature and ejected into air for recording has structure in which a hot melt type ink receiving layer is formed on the surface of a support which is a translucent porous stretched film containing white inorganic fine powder through a primer coating layer of a specified composition, and the light transmittance of the paper is 30-70%.
