Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a piping from being corroded owing to drain even when a drainage piping outside the system is a metal pipe by joining and connecting a drain discharge passage of a heat exchange apparatus and an overflow pipe of a flush tank.
SOLUTION: A downstream end of a central pipe 26 is joined and connected with an overflow pipe 31 of a flush tank 3 at a portion of the overflow pipe. Therefore, drain discharged from a drain container 2 flows into the downstream side of the overflow pipe 31 from the central pipe 26 and flows out into a discharge pipe outside of the system. The drain is diluted with overflow drain from the flush tank 3, and hereby concentration of corroded components in the drain is sharply reduced. Further, the drain container 2 is provided on a drain discharge passage K, and while the drain is temporarily stored in a storage chamber 21, acidic corroded components are neutrailized with a neutralizer contained in the storage chamber. Furthermore, the central pipe 26 is sufficient to be arranged up to a joint part with the overflow pipe 31, and hereby parts and the man-hour of the piping work are reduced.
