Title:
METHOD FOR REMOVING HAIR, ETC., STICKING TO ARTICLE AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2964065
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remove hair, etc., to an article such as food without heating them at high temperatures by placing the article on a porous plate which moves circularly crossing the water surface vertically in a water tank and separating hair, etc., from the article by separating the article in water to allow it to swim when the porous plate is submerged.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 2 is fixed in the upper part of a water tank 1, and two crank shafts 3, 3 are pivoted in parallel on the frame 2. A guide tool 5 arranged below the crank shaft 3 installs reinforcing bars 7, 7 in the bottom part of a frame body 6 which forms a U-shaped side wall, and a porous plate 21 is installed on it attachably/detachably. The guide tool 5 is fixed to a support frame 4 pivoted on the crank shafts 3, 3 to conduct circular movement vertically by the rotation of the crank shaft 3. When the porous plate 21 is submerged by the movement, an article is separated to swim in water so that hair, etc., are separated from the article, and the separated hair, etc., are discharged from an overflow port in the side wall of the water tank.
