Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water regulation valve for regulating the floor heating capacity of a hot water circulation floor heating panel being laid on the floor and performing floor heating conveniently in which the heating capacity can be regulated continuously from maximum to stop by means of an operating knob of the hot water regulation valve.
SOLUTION: At a bypass section 28 coupling a hot water supply section 26 and a hot water return section 27 in a hot water regulation valve, a regulation valve 39 comprising a valve section 38 built in a valve receiving section 37 is provided. When an operating knob 25 is operated fully to 'hot', a bypass hole 55 at the valve section 38 fully opens the hot water supply section 26. Since a bypass hole 56 at the valve section 38 and a bypass hole 45 at the valve receiving section 37 do not match at all, supply hot water and return hot water are not mixed. When the operating knob 25 is operated slowly to 'warm' from that state, the valve section bypass hole 55 closes the hot water supply section 26 gradually and the bypass hole 56 matches the bypass hole 45 at the valve receiving section 37 gradually thus mixing supply hot water with return hot water. Consequently, heating capacity of the hot water circulation convenient floor heating panel can be regulated continuously from maximum to stop.
