Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a human-machine interface(HMI) by providing information needed by a user as much as possible in a transmission system provided with a zero suppression function.
SOLUTION: In the case all performance data within the range of a requested time can not be acquired when an operator performs an operation for requesting an output of performance data, the output controlling parts 22 of supervisory and controlling devices M1 to Mn verify the cause. When the cause of not being able to acquire all of the performance data results from the performance of zero suppression in nodes N1 to Nn, data applied to the performance data that can not be acquired is defined as 0 and outputted.
