Abstract:
To provide a method of monitoring bladder internal pressure capable of detecting insufficient internal pressure of a bladder 22 early and contributing to stable production of high-quality tires.SOLUTION: The monitoring method includes: (1) measuring internal pressure of a bladder 22 in an inflation process for inflating the bladder 22 by supplying an expansion medium and a turn-up process of folding a carcass member 6 around a bead member 4 with the inflated bladder 22; (2) contrasting a measured value of the bladder internal pressure obtained by measuring the internal pressure of the bladder 22 with a preset reference range of the bladder internal pressure; and (3) notifying abnormality when the measured value is not included in the reference range in contrast between the measured value and the reference range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
