Abstract:
To provide a method for treating ulcerative colitis.SOLUTION: A method for treating ulcerative colitis (UC) includes administering an anti IL-23p19 antibody to a patient who needs the same. The method includes the steps of: a) administering at least a single induction dose of the anti IL-23p19 antibody to the patient, where the induction dose contains 50 mg to 1200 mg of the antibody; and b) administering at least a single maintenance dose of the anti IL-23p19 antibody to the patient after the final induction dose has been administered, where the maintenance dose contains 150 to 400 mg of the anti IL-23p19 antibody.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
