Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a hydraulic pressure controller that reduces pulsation of pressure oil discharged from an oil pump, that stabilizes the pressure of oil to an actuator, that has, in a body, the oil pump and a hydraulic pressure control portion separated from each other, and that has required functions made compact in size.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure controller comprises: a decompression valve configured to decompresses pressure oil discharged from an oil pump and having a spring member 44b, used for ejecting residual oil into a suction area space or to outside, and a spool 44a having two outside diameters; a housing having a feedback chamber 36 accommodating the decompression valve and used to introduce pressure oil between the large and small diameters of the spool; and a cover having an oil pressure circuit communicating with a pressure oil circuit covered by the housing and formed in the housing. A feedback circuit connected to the feedback chamber from the oil pump has two dams 39a identical in height to the mating surface of the opposite cover or housing, and also has a groove 39b located on the upper surfaces of the dams and serving as the function of a diaphragms for circulation.
