Abstract:
To provide a hydraulic power generating device that keeps the revolution speed of the water turbine from decreasing even when a water quantity is small, and to provide a hydraulic power generating system.SOLUTION: A hydraulic power generating device 1 includes: a casing 10 through which water flows; a water turbine unit 30 disposed in the casing 10 and including a plurality of blades installed to a rotation shaft 20; a variable angle mechanism capable of varying angles of the plurality of blades at an isometric degree; a flow-rate sensor 50 for detecting a flow rate of water; a control device for controlling the variable angle mechanism to vary the angles of the blades on the basis of detection by the flow-rate sensor 50; and a power generation unit 40 connected to the rotation shaft 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
