To prevent mixing of attached substances and the like into drainage.SOLUTION: A drainage treatment facility 1 of the present invention has an in-route cleaning mechanism 40, and cleans the inside of a drainage route 10 while stopping the inflow of drainage of a culture fluid into the drainage route 10. Therefore, the inside of the drainage route 10 can be kept clean by removing substances derived from fertilizer components attached and deposited in the drainage route 10, proteins and lipids and the like derived from plant ingredients, and dirt (sludge) and the like caused by a combination of the plant ingredients and the fertilizer ingredients, and after restarting the operation, it is possible to suppress mixing of attached substances and the like in the drainage route 10 into the drainage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
