PURPOSE: To reduce the cost, and to prevent the injuring of appearance of a building by radially fitting plural fitting shafts to a base with insertion casting.

CONSTITUTION: Fitting shafts 2a, 2b made of stainless steel are inserted to metal molds 10a, 10b composed of split molds and having a cavity 1a and a funnel 11, and thereafter, melted wax is filled from the funnel 11. After the wax is solidified, the molds 10a, 10b are taken apart from each other to form a wax model 1b having fitting shafts 2a, 2b and a gate 11a. The wax model 1b is coated with the fire-proof material 12 to form a casting mold A. After heating the casting mold A to eliminate the wax, molten metal of an aluminum alloy or the like is filled from the gate 11a. Furthermore, after the molten metal is solidified, the casting mold A is taken apart to form a metal fitting B.
