Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination instrument that can control a long light source of a luminous tube with a reflecting mirror of a small caliber by a light distribution of narrow angle.
SOLUTION: It comprises a light source 1 having a luminous tube 1a and a reflecting mirror 2 surrounding a rear part of the light source 1 to approximately conform an axis direction of the luminous tube 1a to a light axis 7 of a radiating direction. The reflecting mirror 2 is a rotating paraboloidal reflecting mirror 5, wherein the first half part of the reflecting mirror 2 causes the luminous tube 1a to be a focal point f so that a distance from the focal point f to the light axis 7 in 30° direction against the light axis is a position about 1/2 of an opening diameter of the reflecting mirror 2 and the rear half part of the reflecting mirror 2 is a hemisphere surface reflecting mirror 6, with the luminous tube 1a as a center.
