PURPOSE: To attain daylight illumination near to natural light without using a stroboscope, to eliminate the need for large-scale illuminating facilities, furthermore, to attain photographing by using the most popular daylight film, to execute photographing under sunbeams in a state where a reflection reflex is disposed on a back and to realize photographing illumination both indoors and outdoors by one illumination panel.

CONSTITUTION: The illumination panel 1 for daylight photographing is provided with a fluorescent lamp 2 whose color temperature is 5000±200K and whose average color rendering index is ≥Ra95, a reflection layer 3 installed on a back side, a transparent protective plate 4 installed on a lighting side, and a housing 5 of almost size A4 which holds and houses the lamp 2, etc.; and the reflection reflex 6 for photographing in the sunbeams is disposed on the back of the housing 5.
