The image blur correction device 100 includes: a holding part 120 for holding a lens L; a moving part provided independently of the holding part 120, and for moving the holding part 120 on a plane substantially perpendicular to an optical axis of the lens L; a driving part for driving the moving part; a base block 110 for supporting the holding part 120; a pressing member for applying force onto the moving part to press the holding part 120 against the base block 110 side; and a cover part for covering an upper surface of the moving part. The moving part comprises a first moving part 130 for moving the holding part 120 in a first direction, and a second moving part 140 for moving the holding part 120 in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The drive comprises a first driving part for driving the first moving part, and a second driving part for driving the second moving part. An engagement part, which is engaged with a part to be engaged provided on the cover part and regulates a moving direction of the moving part, is formed on the upper surface of the moving part.
