Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus and a program that can remove an appropriate amount of deteriorated toner in a developing device to restore transferability.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: photoreceptor drums 413 that each carry a toner image to be transferred to a sheet; developing devices 412 that each develop the toner image on the photoreceptor drum; toner supply units 416 that each supply a toner to the developing device; and a control unit 100 that executes a refresh mode of causing the developing devices to discharge the toner therein and causing the toner supply units to supply the toner to the developing devices. The control unit determines the amount of toner supplied by the toner supply units in the refresh mode on the basis of information on the roughness of the surface of the sheet and deterioration information indicating the state of deterioration of the toner inside the developing devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
