PURPOSE: To stabilize the traveling property of the belt of a conveying belt means by providing a width direction restricting means for preventing the meandering of the conveying belt means and differentiating the material of the member in the peripheral part of this restricting means of the conveying belt means from the material of the member of the other zone.
CONSTITUTION: In a belt means 4, film sheets 4b with a small width are bonded to the upper part of a belt base cloth 4a in zones out of the zone in which a transfer material 3 is positioned, and introducing ribs 9 are installed opposite to the guide grooves 10 of rollers 5, 6, 8 on these sheets 4b. Also, a material with high rigidity is used for the sheet 4b in order to increase the mechanical strength of a conveying belt. Thereby, very stable belt traveling can be performed without causing the deformation and breakage of the belt means 4.
